Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and EimiPlay for use of our website, games and related services, referred to here as the “Services”. “We” and “our” refer to EimiPlay. Using the Services means accepting these Terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum required by local law or the platform you use. If you have not reached legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms and permit your use. You must be able to enter this agreement, with guardian involvement where necessary.

Our Privacy Policy describes the information involved in browsing, playing and contacting support. Accepting these Terms does not provide consent for optional data processing that needs separate permission.

Some games may be accessed through an external platform, including Facebook Instant Games where available. That platform sets its own account requirements and rules. You are responsible for keeping your login secure, giving accurate information when requested and reporting unauthorized access affecting our Services. Do not lend out credentials or pretend to be another person.

You provide the device and internet connection needed to play and are responsible for related network charges. An experience may differ between devices, platforms or regions. EimiPlay remains responsible for its own Services; hosting a game does not make the platform a party to this agreement.

Our Services are for lawful entertainment. In particular, you must not:

• Manipulate scores or transactions, exploit a fault, cheat, or use unauthorized automation that undermines fair play.
• Break into accounts, evade security measures, distribute harmful software or disrupt a service.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or exploit someone, publish unlawful material, or expose another person's private information without authority.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights, send unsolicited advertising, or facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Sell or transfer an account or virtual item except through a feature that expressly allows it.

If you find a security issue or encounter abuse, report it to support@eimiplay.com. Describe the issue without exploiting it or looking at another player's information.

While you follow these Terms and the relevant Service remains available, EimiPlay gives you limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use it for non-commercial entertainment. Your statutory rights continue to apply.

The code, artwork, branding, designs and other materials in the Services belong to EimiPlay or their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership. Redistribution, commercial exploitation or modification requires authorization unless applicable law gives you the right to do so.

If a feature accepts player submissions, only submit material you have the right to share. You remain responsible for that material and retain ownership of it.

To deliver the feature you choose, you give EimiPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, make technical adaptations to and display the submission, including to your chosen audience. This permission is limited to operating and providing that feature. It ends when the material is removed from our systems, subject to limited backups, legally required retention and copies other people have already shared through the Service.

We may remove material that breaks these Terms or the law. To report an infringement, identify the protected work, the disputed material, how we can contact you and your authority to act for the rights holder.

These provisions apply only when a game offers purchases or subscriptions. Before you buy, the purchase flow will show the price, applicable taxes, payment terms and any additional conditions. You must be authorized to use the payment method. An external platform's payment and refund rules also apply to purchases it processes.

Virtual items and currency give permission to use particular game content. They are not money, deposits or assets that can be redeemed for cash. Exchanges and transfers are available only through expressly supported features. Conditions or expiry dates attached to promotional items will be stated when they are offered.

Applicable law and platform rules determine refunds, withdrawal rights and other remedies. These Terms do not remove any remedy you are legally entitled to. For help with a purchase, contact the platform that took payment or send us the game name and transaction reference.

If a subscription is offered, its billing interval, renewal arrangements, price and cancellation process will be disclosed before you subscribe. Use the billing platform's subscription controls to cancel; removing a game alone may not stop renewal.

A game may offer external links, advertisements or features supplied by another provider. That provider's own terms and privacy notice govern its services. An advertisement or link is not an endorsement by EimiPlay. Check the relevant information before sharing personal details or making a purchase elsewhere.

Social sharing and optional notifications depend on your choices and the controls of the host platform. If a game offers a reward for viewing an advertisement, the stated conditions and successful completion of the required action apply.

Maintenance, technical faults and platform changes can affect availability. We may update or change the Services. If a material discontinuation or change affects paid entitlements, we give reasonable notice where practicable and provide remedies required by law.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to deal with a breach, fraud, security problem or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and offer an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can request a review by emailing support@eimiplay.com.

You can stop using the Services at any time. To request removal of personal information, follow the privacy request instructions. Stopping play does not itself cancel a subscription managed by another provider. Provisions that need to continue, including ownership and payment obligations already incurred, survive to the extent applicable.

We aim for an enjoyable, reliable experience. We cannot promise continuous availability, software without faults or a particular result in a game. To the extent the law permits, the Services are available on an “as available” basis, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Where permitted by law, EimiPlay is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or business losses connected with your personal entertainment use. This does not exclude foreseeable losses for which applicable consumer law requires us to take responsibility.

Nothing in this agreement limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited. That includes fraud, willful misconduct, and death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain available to you.

For support, complaints or a disagreement, contact support@eimiplay.com. Include the game or page involved, a description of what happened and relevant reference details. Leave out passwords and full payment information.

Contacting us does not prevent you from approaching a regulator or seeking a legal remedy. The law that applies and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive collective remedies or remove mandatory protections and access to courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

We may revise these Terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. Where required, material changes receive appropriate advance notice and we seek agreement when necessary. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the affected Services. Rights already accrued and refunds required by law remain protected.

Rules shown for a specific feature or promotion supplement this agreement for that feature; they cannot remove mandatory legal rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of the agreement continues to the extent applicable. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it.
